Our delicious healthy salads are made fresh each day. We have 4 to choose from, and you can have any combination in one bowl. They are all gluten free & vegan. 

1.) KALE & SWEET POTATO : Kale, avocado, kale baked in cumin, dressed in lemon dressing (olive oil, lemon, chili, garlic) 

2.) FRESH GREENS : Blanched broccoli, broccolini, green beans, snow peas, sugar snap peas, parsley. In a roast hazelnut dressing (olive oil, roast hazelnuts, apple cider vinegar, Murray River salt)

3.) ROAST VEGGIE TAHINI : maple roasted carrots, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, steamed broccolini, tri-coloured quinoa, roasted almonds. parsley, in a green tahini dressing (unhulled tahini, lemon, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, pepper)

4.) SMOKED TOFU : Gluten free buckwheat soba noodles, smoked organic tofu, sea veggies, broccoli, broccolini, snow peas, sugar snap peas, cucumber, miso mushrooms, salad leaves, avocado, sesame seeds, in a roast sesame dressing (coconut aminos, sesame oil, tahini, cashew, lemon, apple cider vinegar, Murray River salt, organic cold pressed sunflower oil) **Possible allergens: soy, cashews, sesame.
